Over the twenty-seven year history of Pearl Singers, the group and other associated groups have received numerous awards, honors and special recognition.

• Performances with the Mississippi Youth Chorale in New York City's famous Carnegie Hall
  
• A performance at the 1992 American Choral Directors Association Southern Division Convention in Savannah, Georgia
  
• Numerous performances at the Mississippi American Choral Directors Association and Mississippi Music Educators Association Conventions
  
• Consistent superior ratings in district and state choral festivals. Pearl Singers have been recognized for numerous years as a choir of distinction in the state of Mississippi for having consistently received annual superior ratings at the State Choral Festival.
  
• Sweepstakes awards at the Gulf Coast Choral Festival, including Class III SATB Choir, TTBB Choir, SSA Choir, Freshman Choir, Quartet, Sextet, and Madrigals.
  
• Consistent recognition of individual singers through membership in the Delta State University Honor Choir and the Mississippi ACDA All-State Honor Choir and Mississippi Music Educators Association State Honor Choir
  
• Features on Jackson television stations WJTV (Channel 12), WAPT (Channel 16) and WLBT (Channel 3)
  
• One of only three choirs chosen to perform in the final concert of the International Youth and Music Festival in Vienna, Austria.
  
• Selected as the performance choir for the Mississippi ETV coverage of the Music In Our Schools "Largest Concert" with guest conductor composer Luigi Zaninelli.
  
• Participation in the London Parade Festival in London, England from December 27, 1997 to January 2, 1998
  
• Performed for a luncheon sponsored by Mississippi Attorney General Mike Moore
  
• Pearl Singers, Concert Choir, and Chamber Singers were all recipients of the 1997 Gulf Coast Choral Festival Sweepstakes awards.
  

• Participation in the National Festival of States in Washington, D.C. in 2000.

• Chamber Singers received the "Superior", "Best in Class" and "Grand Champions"  awards of the Emerald Coast Choral Festival, Ft. Walton Beach, Florida in 2002

• Pearl High School received "Grand Champions" awards at the Emerald Coast Choral Festival - 2003

• Chamber Singers made a debut performance in Carnegie Hall, New York, 2004

• Pearl Singers, Men's Glee and Chamber Singers awarded "Best in Class" at the 2006 Ole Miss Choral Festival.

Pearl Singers and other ensembles at Pearl High School are constantly in demand for performances in the Jackson, Mississippi and surrounding area. Community groups often request that a group of Pearl Singers make a special performance for various events.
